How should I prepare my items?
All items need to be cleaned, in excellent condition, free from scratches, stains or discoloration. All hardware needs to be attached and in working condition. An inventory sheet must be filled out and included. This can be downloaded from our website or picked up from our store. Please send all clothing items on hangers.

How does Tookiloo decide consignment?
Tookiloo trends what is currently popular and in style with our client base. Pricing begins at 1/3 to 3/4 off retail pricing depending on the item. Tookiloo determines final selling and any discount pricing.

How much will I get paid?
Depending on your contract agreement you will receive a negotiated percentage of the pre-taxed sale.

 When will I get paid?
Tookiloo processes consignment checks monthly and will be availble for pick up the last day of the month. All out of state consignment checks will be mailed out the following Monday.

What happens if I don‘t arrange for the return of my items?
All items must be picked up from Tookiloo 7 days after your contract expires. Any items not picked up after that will become the sole property of Tookiloo.

How does shipping work for out of area consignment?
All initial shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the consigner, once a consigned piece sales Tookiloo will reimburse consigner 50% of the initial shipping costs provided that a receipt of those costs are furnished to Tookiloo. If an item does not sell by the end of the contract, consigner takes full responsibility for returned shipping costs.
